Ramos Ferreira Group is recruiting HVAC Technicians and Assistants to integrate and reinforce the Production team in Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper cleaning of the workplace;
• Perform HVAC system installation services on-site and the various associated connections;
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of Management Systems (QAS, etc.), taking initiatives that can positively influence the organization;
• Report the verification of any activities that may cause imminent risk to the environment or to the occupational health and safety of workers;
• Comply with legal and other requirements (QAS) applicable to your area;
• Report the occurrence of occupational and environmental incidents and/or accidents;
• Comply with the operational control procedures applicable to your activities.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum qualifications at the 9th-grade level or vocational/technical course in HVAC (preferred);
• No previous experience required (Assistant);
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the HVAC field (Technician);
• Practical knowledge of the assembly of air conditioning/ventilation systems;
• Ability to read technical drawings and simple schematics;
• Autonomy for tasks, with minimal supervision;
• Assertive, responsible, organized, proactive, dynamic;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Punctuality and sense of commitment;
• Immediate availability;
• Driver's license (valued).
