Ramos Ferreira has always been a Group that aims to endow its workers with the necessary knowledge in order to carry out their tasks, either in person or in a group. Aware about qualifcation and training to be differentiating tools, Ramos Ferreira is undertaking a training commitment through the elaboration of an Individual Training Plan in order to guarantee an ongoing learning of its Human Resources as well as the maintenance of a specialized technical staff. 

Training and enhancement of the Group’s human resources are thus part of the values assimilated by the whole team in a regular search for knowledge.
